นโยบายการจัดส่ง
- จัดส่งเฉพาะในกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วย Grab จากสาขาบางซื่อจังชัน
- ค่าจัดส่งคิดตามระยะทางจากร้านถึงที่อยู่ปลายทาง และแสดงในหน้าชำระเงิน ลูกค้าเป็นผู้ชำระค่าจัดส่ง
- ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณ: สั่งและชำระเงินก่อน 15:00 น. จัดส่งถึงภายในวันเดียวกัน หลังเวลานั้นจัดส่งวันถัดไป · จัดส่งทุกวัน
- สำหรับการส่งถึงโรงแรม กรุณาระบุชื่อโรงแรม เลขห้อง ชื่อผู้เข้าพัก และเบอร์โทรที่ติดต่อได้
- หากติดต่อผู้รับไม่ได้ ร้านจะฝากสินค้าไว้ที่ล็อบบี้/แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรม หรือนัดส่งใหม่โดยลูกค้าชำระค่าจัดส่งเพิ่ม
กรณีไม่ได้รับสินค้า หรือได้รับสินค้าล่าช้า: กรุณาติดต่อร้านภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ทางโทร 061-056-2459 LINE @oran หรืออีเมล she.he.it.studios@gmail.com พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ ร้านจะตรวจสอบกับ Grab และคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนตามยอดรวมในบิล (รวมค่าจัดส่ง) กลับเข้าช่องทางชำระเงินเดิม
Shipping Policy
- We deliver within Bangkok only, by Grab, from our Bang Sue Junction store.
- The delivery fee is based on distance and is shown at checkout. The customer pays the delivery fee.
- Estimated delivery time: Orders paid before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day; later orders are delivered the next day. Deliveries run every day.
- For hotel delivery, please include the hotel name, room number, guest name and a reachable phone number.
- If we cannot reach you, we will leave the parcel at the hotel reception, or rearrange delivery at an additional delivery fee.
Missing or late delivery: Please contact us within 24 hours by phone (+66 61 056 2459), LINE (@oran), Instagram (@oranfragrances) or email (she.he.it.studios@gmail.com) with your order number. We will check with Grab and refund the full order total, including the delivery fee, to your original payment method.
