นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

เพื่อความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยของสินค้า ร้านรับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้

สินค้าเสียหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง หรือร้านส่งสินค้าผิดรายการ
แจ้งร้านภายใน 3 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมรูปถ่ายหรือวิดีโอสินค้าและหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ
สินค้าต้องยังไม่ถูกเปิดใช้ และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

ร้านไม่รับคืนสินค้าที่เปิดใช้แล้ว หรือคืนเพราะไม่ชอบกลิ่น แนะนำให้ทดลองกลิ่นที่หน้าร้านก่อนสั่งซื้อ

ค่าส่งคืนสินค้า: กรณีสินค้าเสียหายหรือร้านส่งผิด ร้านเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งคืนสินค้าทั้งหมด

การคืนเงิน: เมื่อร้านตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแล้ว ลูกค้าเลือกได้ว่าจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ หรือรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน โดยร้านจะคืนเงินกลับเข้าช่องทางชำระเงินเดิมที่ลูกค้าใช้ชำระ (เช่น บัตรใบเดิม) ภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าบัตรขึ้นกับธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร

นโยบายการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

ลูกค้ายกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ก่อนร้านเรียกพนักงานจัดส่ง (Grab) โดยแจ้งร้านทางโทรศัพท์ LINE หรืออีเมล พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ
ร้านจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนกลับเข้าช่องทางชำระเงินเดิม ภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ
หลังจากร้านเรียกพนักงานจัดส่งแล้ว ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and product safety, we accept returns only when:

The item was damaged during delivery, or we sent the wrong item.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, with photos or a video of the item and your order number.
The item is unused and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened products or returns because of scent preference. We recommend trying our scents at our store before ordering.

Return shipping: If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item, we pay all return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, you may choose a replacement or a full refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method (for example, the same card) within 7–14 business days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before we book the courier (Grab) by contacting us by phone, LINE or email with your order number.
We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Once the courier has been booked, we reserve the right not to accept cancellations.
